The essence of it is Vishnu
And the eater is none other than Maheswara
There are three types of edible food we take through our mouth
1. Siddha aaharam - paramatma offered food ,
2. dooshita aharam - not offered to paramatma, 3. kalushita aaharam - not clean impure food.
Apart from this food we also grasp other food through our sense organs.
Jatharaagni in our stomach suffers due to the impure food that we take. Lord Vishnu is the residing deity in our stomach in the form of heat that digests our food.

Humans have to experience results of Sanchita(past), Prarabdha (present) and aagami(future) karmas. Due to these we get into situations that might develop anger in us. Mainly there are three different ways to control this unhealthy anger. First to take a determined strong decision not to get angry. Second pray to paramatma daily not to develop anger in you.
